- Techniques for emotional, mental & distance healing

- The chakra system, meridians & energy vortexes within the body
- Recognizing blockages and restoring flow
- Chakra meanings, imbalances & clearing techniques
- How to work with the aura & maintain energetic boundaries
- Exercises to tune into and embody your own energy
- Tools for reading and aligning to your clients’ energetic needs
