For years, I knew I was meant to help others, but I didn’t yet know how — until Reiki found me.

My first session was life-altering. It felt like someone lifted a weight I didn’t even know I was carrying. That moment changed everything.

Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to understanding the energetic body, healing trauma stored in the system, and helping others experience the clarity, release, and reconnection this work brings.

My path is deeply personal.
I know what it’s like to feel lost, to carry unhealed wounds, and to wonder if there’s more to life than simply “getting through it.”
