Each session is personalized, but typically includes:

This is where the energy work happens. I use Reiki, sound, crystals, tuning forks, and intuitive channeling to move stagnant energy, release what’s not serving you, and realign your energy field.

We’ll wrap up by discussing what came through during the session—what was released, what’s ready to shift—and I’ll provide customized tools and practices you can use to continue your healing and stay aligned in everyday life.
